Hey I just created my account here and am looking forward to getting to know folks that are actively doing deals. I have been looking at a few opportunities already and have been doing some reading and doing some research. I wanted to ask if anyone was familiar with filling up vacant lots on a park that has some vacant land or pads that are existing? The strategy I am working with is find a park that has some value add and about 25% vacancy. The parks that I have found and talked with sellers or sellers agents about have varied with the costs that are associated with developing the land vs putting a home on a pad. Thus my question, I suppose depends on the local and state that the park is in, but will help me in the future!
