On a $750,000.00 MHP purchase, what amount of net cash flow do seasoned investors expect to receive per month?

depends on how much down and how much financed, is it a turn around project, lots of variables missing

i personally want to see at least a 20% cash on cash return or its not worth my time unless its a turn around project and it better do alot better than that when im done
