Wondering if anyone has negotiated with Sellers to have all septic tanks pumped during DD at Sellers expense? The park has 25-30 septic tanks that have little to no history of maintenance. It’s a mom and pop operation and he has done all the maintenance himself for over 20 years. The costs to install clean outs and pump all tanks is about $17K. I’ve thought about asking Seller to set up an Escrow account for this expense at closing? Or shall I just re-negotiate the price? i appreciate the expertise and advice on this—thanks.
