Does anyone know of an eviction attorney in the Carbondale, IL area? I have a bad tenant who is refusing to pay rent or accept certified mail from me. I am capable of handling the filings with the court, but the court system in IL won’t allow me (operating as an LLC) to file a complaint without the use of an attorney.
