I own a beach house in Bethany Beach, Delaware. I rent it weekly in the summer/fall. I currently have a couple of weeks left this summer/fall. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, two kitchens, three decks with views of the ocean. It rents for 2100 a week.
If any of my co-investors wants a vacation, I will discount it to 1900 a week!
