I’m trying to figure out how to put a value on a park that has additional income from a campsite. Does anyone have experience with campsites and how they are valuated?
No but I’d put zero if it’s a primitive site personally.
I agree JasonS. This particular site sells out every year. The campsite is seasonal and the Campers/RVers pay ahead of time for the entire season.
If the seasonal income is greater than the MHP income then the entire site may have a better use as an RV Park.
