Hi all,
I have an old park built in the 1950s with lots of empty pads and high demand from tenants in the area.
Almost none of the lots have concrete pads that are long enough to fit a modern home. I’m a complete construction newbie, does anyone have any advice on getting the pads extended for homes to be moved in?
The obvious solution is to hire a concrete guy to come in and pour new concrete. Has anyone tried ABS Pier Pads, or any similar technologies?:
