Perhaps a shot in the dark, but I’d try contacting John Hyre. A handful of posters here have said good things about him in the past. He’s a tax attorney & accountant based in Ohio that deals with tons of real estate investors, owns a MHP or two himself, and is/was(?) a very active speaker at real estate events around the country. He might be able to recommend someone that fits your needs.
