I am working on the purchase of an MHP from seller who owns park free-n-clear and also worked out some extended payment plan on seller financing.
Seller has also lived and will continue to live in house that was part of property - to be surveyed off prior to sale.
Seller is concerned and would like to offset / reduce tax amount as much as possible.
Seller does have an intent on using some but not all of his initial downpayment towrds 1031 exchange property.
