I have two great Managers in different parks but can’t seem to find one for the park that is that is furthest away. I have been thru two, one lasted 6 months and the other 6 days. I run ads and get bad prospects. Any help or advice PLEASE
How did you find the first two good managers? What type of publications are you running ads in?
Those are two things that pop into mind for me. It would seem to me based off the info you listed that either you got lucky with the first two or something is different in your search. Since the park is further away is there a lot less presence from you that is affecting the new managers?
Also if you don’t mind me asking where is the park located approximately? I ask since we are in the same state and I may know of some possible manager candidates.
