I was wondering if anyone knows if a park manager needs to be licensed in order to be a part time manager?

I have never heard of anything like this but its not to say that probably in some areas around the country they might require this additional step. However, I would tell you that if you are in one of those areas you might want to reconsider buying a park there. If they want your PT park manager to be licensed they will probably make it impossible for you to operate a park.
In Florida, if the mgr gets a commission he needs licensure.
