Closing in 2 weeks on a small Park in Asheville NC. Wondering if any of you fine folks know someone who may want to manage it please. 22 lots. About 1/2 Park owned and 1/2 tenant owned. Hoping to gradually transition to mostly tenant owned. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Perhaps there is someone in the park who would serve as manager. You’d need to check out their background and payment history if it hasn’t been done already. The negative side is if you’d have to fire him/her. You’d then have an enemy living there. It’s something to think about.
