I’m ready to make my first offer on a small park.
Being a newbie and not having a business partner, I feel like I need someone who is experienced in MHPs to guide me through my first offer and purchase.
I have attended the boot camp and have studied all of Frank and Dave’s materials. Just looking for someone willing to take my under their wing temporarily to guide me through the process the first time.
