I started a google maps tool which tracks lot rents and cap rates on a nationwide basis. Its public, anyone can add or modify it. The goal is to make an easy reference that anyone can use to determine market lot rents and cap rates in a given area. If you know a market lot rent and cap rates for a given area, please add what you know to the map.
How to mark and label a place:
- Search for the mobile home park or place in the search bar
- Click ‘add place’
- Click the edit icon
- Under the description put: lot rent, what lot rent includes, the date this data was procured
Here’s an example: $400, Utilities not included, 11/15/2019
