My partners and I are currently in the process of buying a 25 pad park in NC with well and septic. The homes have individual septic tanks for the most part (lots 14 & 15 share and lots 17&18 share). There are 2 wells, each supplying half the park. We checked with the county health department and they are familiar with the park and everything is up to spec according to them. We're also having the tanks and wells inspected during due diligence. My main question is are there any nuggets of info we need to know going in? Trying to make sure I have all my bases covered...Thanks!
