Any owners out there that would be interested in an outside company doing their property inspections to keep their parks up to snuff? The thought is that it would be helpful where there are no on site managers or your managers are super busy with projects or day to day operations and the park tenants are getting out of compliance. I saw something in here a while back where someone is paying per lot per inspection and the manager is now out of the middle so they can maintain the good working relationship with the tenants and compliance is maintained because the inspector handles all the steps, from the on site inspection through legal. Please weigh in if this sounds good or if you read the thread, because I can’t find it…
