I am looking to invest equity with operating partners that may have a deal under contract, may be actively sourcing deals, or currently own assets where you may be looking to recapitalize the structure of the investment.
We will only consider value mobile home parks with significant upside or stabilized lot-owned parks at an attractive cap rate. Rural and heavily park-owned will not be considered. The parks must be located central to the community with reasonable access to groceries, transportation, and other life essentials.
