Looking for some help with Kentucky MHP law

Hi all,

I’m currently writing up my rules and regs for a park I just purchased in Kentucky. I’m going to run it by a lawyer either way, but was hoping someone here has already done this in KY and would be able to share a template with me. Any help would greatly be appreciated as this is my first park!

Talk to Betty Whittaker at the Kentucky Manufactured Housing Institute. What she cannot directly help with she can make referrals of reputable resources.
