Looking for referrals for a good inexpensive MHP accountant
I will be watching this thread as I’m also looking for an accountant with MHP experience.
I’m not sure that “good” and “inexpensive” belong in the same sentence. That said, one of the best is John Hyre out of Ohio. He has clients all over the country and he is also both a community owner and attorney. Before I retired I used his people for accounting and him as a tax accountant, and many of our clients (when I was managing partner of a national consultancy) also used one or more of his services.

Inexpensive is a relative term. But Dan Carter associates in Michigan. He has owned parks in the past and is good with all things real estate.
