Looking for financing a MHP in VA

I am a relatively new investor.

  1. Can someone recommend a lender who would finance or partially finance a partially rent ready 27 pads MHP in VA?
  2. Since 10 to 14 existing homes in it can be repaired/salvaged, I was thinking of fixing 2 or so units at a time so that I can fill vacancy as I move along, with a time timeline of up to 2-3 years. Does that make sense, anyone?
