With 8 parks purchased in the last 8 months and my pipeline continuing to fill up I’ve reached the point of needing an individual whose sole responsibility is bringing good deals to the table. How have people here had luck finding someone who just grinds on the phones, email, and the internet to find those on and off market deals?
