Has any park owners in Toledo, OH been successful at bringing in new homes (10+) in the city limits of Toledo in the past 3 years?

What challenges did you face if any?

You need to speak with the City. Its up to them. You need to hear from them if they will allow it or not and what kind of fight they will put up and then decide if you want to take them up on it. I don’t have any experience with Toledo but have experience with others and the ones I have dealt with in major cities like Toledo, they just don’t want it. You can fight it though but I haven’t found it worth it and just walked away from buying the park.
