I have decided to sell my first land/home package on a lease option.
Problem is, I’m clueless. I have only ever sold Lonnie’s on notes. I have no idea where to look to educate myself. I have searched the archives and come up empty. I see Broncheck has a course on the subject, but after signing up for MH Millions & Steve & Corey’s bootcamp, my education budget is shot. I am hoping to pull this off without buying a course.
If someone could help me out or point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful!
