As I research mobile home parks I come across parks that have lagoons for sewage. My initial reaction is “not interested”, but maybe I’m wrong and lagoons are easy to manage - any comments?
And as a side note about due diligence and the need to not trust, the broker for the park I was interested in promises room to expand, but looking at the lagoon permit I think the park has reached its capacity without a lagoon upgrade.
