For those that have investors, do you us a software/cloud solution for quarterly reporting/updates or do you create documents in MS Office and email out?
We use Rent Manager (RM) and send the investors the P&L and Balance Sheet generated from RM. It is a PDF doc.
I currently use AppFolio, but didn’t know if anyone had come across a slick investor reporting tool.
