Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum as I am looking at getting into this market.
I am seeking parks with at least 50 sites and few to zero RV pads and park owned homes. I like public water and sewer. I am not needing to 1031 to complete a purchase and have funds ready and liquid to invest. I like fairly stabilized properties to make management simple. I’m looking mostly for a community in Ohio or Kentucky, or Indiana.
Hopefully can meet some of you all in the future.
