On a recent post of yours, you said:

I recently heard Karl Warner say something to that effect also, but for some reason, I can’t wrap my
head around that. I’m a little embarrassed to admit that I don’t understand.
If it’s not too much trouble, can you give me an example of what terms,etc. would be more important than the price?
