The title says it all! How did you find your first park to buy? And for those investing out of state, how did you find your first out-of-state deal?

Found it on loopnet but it took lots of pursuing once I found it. The brokers were non-responsive but since my criteria limited what I could buy, I needed to be aggressive once I finally found something. Took me a couple years. It is out of state.
