I’m wondering how many parks you look at versus how many you actually buy…I admit this question is coming from pure outright frustration. I have the money to buy many parks and yet I can’t seem to get to the closing with the parks. Either the numbers don’t make sense, there’s something I find in the due dilligence, or the sellers get cold feet. It’s so frustrating! I just want to buy a couple of parks…
