How many CASH program deals can one accomplish in a year?


When we consider filling up a park with new homes financed through the CASH program, what’s a realistic goal? How many can one really expect to do? I’ve heard 3-4, but then I ask, “Why?” What is the time-consuming feature about using the CASH program?



Finding qualified buyers and shepherding them through the (cumbersome) process.


It really depends on your markets. In my parks I don’t think I could sell any.
