I tend to get 2-3 years out of managers and then they flake for one reason or another. Getting set to fire the current one and he came from inside the Community. I’d really appreciate hearing the experience of others.

That is what I would like to know. I should think the job would be pretty easy depending on the quality of the park. Alas, that does not seem to be how the managers view it.
