Does anyone have a “1 pager” they provide their homeowners encouraging the purchase of coverage for their home and contents? The document would help a homeowner understand the park’s liabilities, acts of god, what happens if a tree falls and damages their home, etc.
You are better off simply requiring that residents carry insurance as one of your park rules. Issue the new rule and require that all residents show proof of insurance in 30 days and renewal proof annually.
I require that my residents carry replacement value coverage and a minimum 1M liability insurance.
