Have you heard of the city or utility company taking control of sub metered electric and gas lines?

I mean if the park is responsible for the electric and gas likes. Would the city or utility company have any incentive or desire?

I wouldn’t think so , but i think I’ve heard a story at some point where the provider did , i couldn’t tell you if that was real or not. If i had this case , you bet that would be my first stop.
