Just found this website a week ago and love it. I have a couple of questions. I have been investing in real estate for about 8 years, SFR’s, Apartment buildings, commercial buildings and in the last 6 months starting doing Lonnie deals at parks in my area of Oregon. I have about 10 Lonnie deals that Ive done and they have worked out great. I am now wanting to take it to the next level which after reading these forums, would be purchasing a mobile home park. I feel it would be neccessary to study and research for about another year before I would be comfortable in buying a park. I will continue doing Lonnie deals as I feel it helps me learn more about investing in Parks and I love the cash flow. My question is, where do I go from here? Books, CD’s, the bootcamp. Are there any mentoring programs or anything like that. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated.
Any firsthand info of how you got started would really help out as well. thanks
