Morning! This is my first post, I’ve been a reader of the forums for a few months.
I will have a signed PA for a park in Northern Michigan in a few days with a 45 day closing, funding is all lined up. With this being my first purchase is there anyone located in the Michigan that might act as a consultant, I’m happy to pay for the services, with this being my first deal I’d be grateful for the help.
I’ve owned multi-family homes in GR and cashed out of the market in the summer and worked at a property management company. So I’m familiar when it comes to some inspections but know when I might need some assistance.
