I’ve taken a Doug Ottersburg course and ready to get started. What would be some ways of attracting buyers? The homes I find would be in areas surrounding Atlanta, GA. However, I wanna make sure that I can find buyers, which is my biggest fear after buying single family homes and having them sit for several months. Thanks in advance for any input.
I’ve had good luck finding buyers for MHs in the atlanta area via Craigslist and local newspapers for whatever county you have homes in. My experience is that there’s a strong market for MHs around atlanta that are in clean parks. I don’t work in yucky parks, so I’m not so sure about them.
