I have several manufactured homes up for sale in parks and am having the worst time trying to find financing for buyers…No one seems to want to finance here in WA State unless they are 1989 or newer…The 2 I have buyers for have decent credit, a down payment and the homes are 1983 & 1985…
Anyone having any luck with getting these sold with financing?
