So here is a question. What is the best lowest cost way to get empty lots in your park filled? Some sort of hookup to MhP dealers and potential buyers for people to move into your park?
RV’s. However, some local govt don’t allow it. But youou can buy them really cheap and it doesn’t take much to transport and hookup.
WTG is generally correct unless you’re in a small town.
Lowest cost way is to be in a high-demand area where MH dealers are going to put their homes in your park for free and pay you lot rent while they work to sell them. Demand cures a lot of woes.
But, if you don’t have that, frankly the best way is to do it yourself. But that’s capital-intensive and a lot of aggro. Or you can have help from, for instance, 21st Mortgage CASH program on the financing side, but that still has a lot of aggro, risk, and you still are relying on demand that you generate yourself.
