I am owner of a nice park with 70 lots- i have been replacing many homes with new homes and renting them out approx $950 per month-they are small 500 sq ft. They rent out quickly- Can i put in a single wide duplex? -i have the lot space and i do not see zoning or ordinances preventing it. I estimate each side of duplex would rent for $850 since there is such a demand-Metering the utilities may be a issue but i could work that out- Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated
