I thought there was a due diligence manual in the reference library, I can’t find it. There are some checklists to give the sellers of needed documents, but no diligence guide itself.
Anyone know of one?

Mine came with the Home Study Course before I went to the boot camp. I would email Brandon R. about it if you could not find it there.
