When I bought my park July '07, there were three families that were obviously dealing drugs. I evicted one family and the other 2 moved away. Now I have 2 families who pay their rent on time, keep their yards up, etc but are starting to show some of the tell tale sign of dealing drugs. I have tipped off the local Sheriff’s Dept. who said they would keep an eye out. I’d like to hear how other park owners deal with the dealers.
P.S. The two families are low key and subtle. They’re not really obvious.
