Any insight into the typical premium a brand new DW will command over a brand new SW? Didn’t realize the CASH invoice amount difference would be so low.
Doublewides cost twice as much to ship and install, plus the mating of the two sides together. Although the factory invoice price is not much different, a DW will be 1.5x more expensive all-in. Your local market will determine the rent premium.
