Hi. For those of you who’ve owned parks with a lot of POHs on them over several years, can you share what the range has been for the cost you incurred, specifically for maintaining those POHs?
I’m trying to get a sense for average DIRECT POH R&M cost (labor, supplies, equipment). Also for average range of rehab cost on the POHs when those tenants leave.
I’ve had a hard time getting good info on this, since most people I know only have parks with TOHs or haven’t had any POHs long enough to know. So I’d love to hear some views from experienced owners who maintain POHs on their parks.
