I am looking at designating one of our parks to a 55 and over age restricted community. The majority of the residents are already seniors. Does anyone know what the legal requirements are to do this?

You might find the answer on the HUD website somewhere. I believe you need to get signatures from 90% of the residents agreeing to the change. I don’t know if 90% is right, but it’s definitely more than half.
