I have a situation where the owner of a mobile home wants to sell and needs some creative private financing.
Sales Price - $95,000 - 1988 K & B 3/1.75 - 1344 sq. ft. in a park.
Buyer has $ 25,000 down
Seller needs to cash out completely.
Seller owes $36,000
Can anyone give me some ideas on how to do this deal?
