Looking at a park that is on septic but has no room for new leach fields. Any general rule of thumb how much it would cost to pipe a park for city sewer? There is city sewer at the street.
Contact the city and they will let you know. There are tap fees and meter fees and possibly impact fees. Etc. They also might not let you based on your unit count and their current system. I remember looking at a deal and the city would not let a mobile home park into the current sewer system.
