Something to consider is that you may want to sub out to specialty contractors - concrete, plumbing, electrical, and roads separately. You can find a general contractor to do the whole thing, but they will likely sub it out anyway.
Sub-Meters - New Construction:
Just a suggestion, stub out the new water service lines to accommodate water sub-meters, the additional cost is minimal during new construction.
