Contract for Title vs RTO vs POH?

What is the difference between Contract for Title, RTO, and POH? My understanding is the following:

Contract for title = Someone pays above lot rents for a duration until they take title to a home. The seller may or may not be the park.
RTO - Rent To Own = Someone pays above lot rents for a duration until they take title to a home. This seller also may or may not be the park.
POH - Park Owned Home = Park owns the home which someone could pay above lot rents for a duration until they take title to a home.
