I just signed up for the Boot Camp in Colorado in June. I am already downloading materials to keep me reading and listening to presentations for a while. Is anyone else going? I am very interested in networking with fellow mobile home park owners and investors!

Looking forward to the fire hose and soaking in as much info as I can. I just purchased two MHPs on city water/sewer in good locations, but need to add 25 pads/homes. I’m going through the process now to become a mobile home dealer and participate in the cash program (or something better if anyone has any ideas).

Awesome! Congrats on the parks! I have been going through the process of upgrading and replacing a lot of the hookups for my park so I know how you feel. I look forward to seeing you at the Boot Camp! I am excited to get the opportunity to learn more about the industry and to network with like-minded investors.
