Cold calling: Best way to get past the manager to the owner

For those of us that cold call parks looking to purchase them, does anyone have a good method of getting the owners information out of the park managers? Thanks

As someone who owns multifamily apartments, any manager who gave any of my information to ANYONE would be immediately fired.

For cold calling parks I have had my assistant do old fashioned hard work of compiling ownership information from public records into a spreadsheet and then do additional work to get owner phone numbers when possible also from public records.

It’s time consuming but I don’t know any other way.

Here in CA you can just call a Title company and they will tell you who owns it. Don’t know if they do it in other states.
